DigiCel FlipPad is for people who like to draw and want to do traditional, hand-drawn animation. Whether you use an Apple Pencil or draw with your finger, FlipPad makes animation easier. The TRADITIONAL XSHEET makes timing easier and has thumbnail images so you can see what you're doing. DRAWING is Smooth and Natural. So whether you’re working on your first pencil test or your final masterpiece, it’s going to look great. The LIGHTBOX (onion skin) is automatic making it easier and more versatile. ONLY FlipPad lets you change the timing while the scene is playing so you can see the results immediately. FlipPad’s unique PAINTING tools are designed specifically for painting animation cels and that makes them faster and more more powerful. Drag the paint bucket to fill like a brush or touch and hold the bucket the fill the entire character. You can PLAY, PAUSE, STEP and SCRUB through your animation to scrutinize every frame to get it just right. You can ADD SOUND and time your animation to sync with lips, action or anything. IMPORT MOVIES to draw over or use as reference to help you learn to animate. And of course you can SHARE your movies with friends on social media pages. IN-APP UPGRADE The in-app UPGRADE to FLIPPAD PRO adds support the Apple Pencil and gives you full HD resolution, 16 million colors, custom color palettes and up to 10 layers and 1,000 frames. Version History This fixes a few minor issues and improves the features in recent releases. 3.7.1 04/25/2021 This new version adds a new dialog for Levels. This is where you select how many Levels you want to see in the xsheet. It also lets you RENAME LEVELS to help you keep track of what's in them, LOCK LEVELS so they don't get edited by mistake and you can HIDE LEVELS to save room on your screen. 3.7 04/15/2021 This version displays the sound in the xsheet and lets you slide it up and down to sync it with your animation. You can also hear the sound now as you scrub through the scene to help you improve the synchronization. 3.6 04/07/2021 This version adds new features to the Lasso that I haven't seen in other apps. Now when you cut or copy part of an image you can paste multiple copies into multiple cels. 3.5.1 03/19/2021 We've added new features to the Lasso tool so you can cut, copy and paste the selection within the original cel and other cels. You can also scale and rotate, squash and stretch or flip and flop the selection before you paste it. 3.5 03/13/2021 We've added canvas rotation, made the slider/scrubber much more responsive and always visible so it will be even easier to use.  We also let you cut and paste from one cel to another with the lasso and we fixed an issue with Movie Export on the iPhone.
